Austin City Limits Music Festival was lots of fun. I am 107% sure that it was the hottest day in my life on sunday. We beat the record high of 98 degrees in 1993 for Sept 23-25 all three days with 100, 101 and 107 respectively. So like I said, HOTTEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!!! I seriously thought I might die yesterday. I mean, I've heard of 107 before, but never actually experienced it... and to experience it in a wide open field with a lot of dust and smoke... let me tell ya, it certainly wasn't heaven on Earth. I am now the new president of the Barton Springs Fan Club... The natural spring pool about 100 meters away from the ACL entrance. It saved my life. I'm convinced. Coldest, most refreshing water EVER! Anyway, i'm still alive. My lungs are still filled with dirt. But i'm in an Air Conditioned office for the remainder of my life, so all is well.
